​                                                                    Interior Painting Procedures:

 

• Your home’s floors, fixtures furniture and overall environment will be protected at all times.

• Work areas will be clean and tidy at the end of each day.

• Our preparation is extensive and vital to the longevity and beauty of our work. Prep includes removing failing paint, sanding, filling holes and imperfections, repairing texture, caulking, cleaning and priming.

• All surfaces will be painted with at least two coats of the highest quality paint.

• All aspects of our work are top quality and will leave you with a great looking, long lasting paint job that will protect your home and investment.

• We will leave a consolidated and labeled touchup kit.

• We work to reduce the environmental impact of our work as much as possible. We keep the waste generated to a minimum; we recycle, reuse or donate any unused material and have low & Zero VOC paints available for all projects.

 

Interior Preparation:
We cover all floors, windows, doors, and hardware as needed. We remove all fixtures and electrical faceplates. Your household furnishings and environment will be protected at all times from paint and dust. We will leave your home as clean or cleaner than we found it.

Wall Preparation:
Wallpaper removal, surface cleaning, and removal of nails and repair of holes. Minor drywall repairs will be performed. Sanding and caulking is performed on walls and trim as needed. Any patching and repairs will be primed for excellent quality and durability.

Primer and Paint:
Application of primer and a minimum of two coats of high-quality interior paint. We provide custom colors and color consultation as requested. Low VOC (environmentally friendly) paints are available and highly recommended.

 

Interior Woodwork and Trim:

Trim (such as window sills/casings, base, doors/jambs, crown molding, wainscoting, chair rails, picture rails, etc.) can be one of the most important parts any painting job. We take extra care to ensure the beauty and longevity of your trim.

All trim will be sanded; cleaned; holes and imperfections filled; repaired; and calked where needed. Any bare wood patching and repairs will be primed for excellent quality and durability.

Cabinet Painting, Staining, Finishing and Refinishing:
Many different finishes and techniques are available to create the look and durability you desire for these important focal points of your home. We will work with you to find coatings and colors that will suit your needs, which will ultimately save you money over replacing your cabinetry.

 

Specialty Coatings:
Including faux finishes, and staining.

 

Job-Site Clean Up:
Work areas will be cleaned at the end of each day. At the end of the project everything will be as cleaned to your satisfaction.
